delta chi and phi kappa sigma?

Apparently Delta Chi is a bottom tier fraternity? I heard good things from it from some girls and friends of mine. I was pretty interested in them before looking here but I guess we'll have to see during rush. Also, how is phi kappa sigma? Got contacted by their rush chair and just wanted to see what you guys thought about them.

Don't personally know many...but the ones I do know are good! Some not so much, but you'll find that anywhere.

Delta Chi is not decent please don't waste your time. They're only on campus for a year or 2, their house sucks, and they're kinda irrelevant.
