The order of things is pretty accurate I'd say except I would put ADPi behind AGD on that same line. While they sometimes pair similarly with the unhoused chapters, I think pretty much every girl who went through recruitment can agree that they would rather be in a housed chapter than an unhoused chapter, putting ADPi above ASA/TPA/DPhiE. Pairs aren't the only thing that matters when it comes to rankings, interest during recruitment is a big deal too, and ADPi actually did pretty darn well for themselves this year, getting a majority of the girls they wanted on bid day. Also, ADPi was with SAE for little five. You can't tell me SAE would pair with ASA/TPA/DPhiE for such a big event (and yeah I know SAE isn't exactly top tier and they used to not have a house but they're doing pretty well for themselves where they are now and I know a lot of girls who love going there and SAE is one of their favorite frats). Let's spread the love and acknowledge the reality that ADPi doesn't deserve to be grouped so low.

I'm not in ADPi I just think it's reality and if you don't see my point (backed by all facts, don't lie to yourself) then that's your problem. all of the houses in the "upper bottom" and all the houses in the "bottom" pair pretty much the same (just like top and upper middle--it's just a question of frequency and desirability) so why shouldn't you group them with the other housed chapters? It just makes sense.
