Bottom: SNU, DU, Sig Ep, Theta Chi, AEPi, Lambda, Delta Chi

Biggest risers: Phi Sig (close to lower top), SAE (recently new to campus), AEPi (great quads)
Biggest fallers: Beta (complaints of not fun parties), DU (probo), Sig Ep (probo), Delta Chi (losing house)

Aepi is by no means a middle tier fraternity (at least not yet). Also, you have them twice and you are missing sigpi.

Switch Phi Delt and ZBT
Switch Delta Chi with DU (DU is under membership review and Delta Chi is by no means the worst house anymore)

Also, SAE and AEPI are definitely not middle tier
And Phi Sig is NOT on the rise, they just got DChis house which is a piece of garbage and leaving acacias house.

So overall Phi Sig and DU down, AEPI and SAE down, ZBT up, Delta Chi up,
