Middle: Kappa Sig, Sammy, Phi Delt, ZBT, Phi Sig, Sig Pi, Sig Nu
Bottom: DU, SAE, Sig Ep, Theta Chi, AEPi, Lambda, Delta Chi
The houses in the same tier pair with the same sororities.
Example: Sig Chi and Phi Psi both pair with Pi Phi. Kappa Sig and Phi Sig both pair with KD.

SNU pairs with aopi.. But kappa sig and Sammy don't... But they are in the same tier? Double standards.. Also consisteny in good pairs doesn't matter in this ranking you say phi sig and kappa sig pair with kd... Kd is phi sigs homecoming pair and kd doesn't pair with kappa sig nearly as much. I'd addition you say sig chi and phi psi pair with pi phi, so does Kappa Sig and Sammy it's just not as common

If that's the case. Phi delt pairs with chi o who pairs with sig chi. Move them up a tier. But phi delt supposedly pairs with sororities that also pair with house like SNU and sig pi.Snu had aopi for little 5. Aopi pairs with du, sae and theta chi. Move them up. Theta chi pairs a lot with sororities who pair with aepi and lambda and other fraternities in your "bottom tier". Gotta move them up too. Therefore by your "logic" behind placing fraternities with other fraternities that share pairs makes everyone in the same tier.
