Definitely switch SigPi and DU...
I'm not even in SigPi but how do they keep ending up below these awful houses like DU/Theta Chi/SigEp?
SigPi is and always will be middle tier, just like DU is and always will be bottom tier.... These tiers are essentially set in stone
