1- zeta, pi phi, aphi, tridelt
2- dz, chi o, axo
3- kappa, gphi, kd
4- axid, dg, theta
5- aopi, agd, aephi
6- phi mu, sdt, adpi
7- asa, tpa, dphie

the houses in the top couple of tiers is spot on but some of the order is off. as a guy in a top tier house its impossible to place anyone ahead of pi phi based off the girls in the house as well as how sought after they are in terms of pairs. by far the best overall as well as the hottest sorority on campus

Honestly, I don't see how this is accurate at all. If it's based on PCs, Little 5 etc there is no way Alpha Phi can be in the top tier. 1. The didn't make quota and had to offer snap bids, as did Kappa. Tri Delts didn't make quota either. And don't tell me I am wrong. I have seen the recruitment stats. If you think I am wrong, please post the stats to prove me wrong. 2. I haven't heard one fraternity guy or any girl who doesn't live on Third St. say the Alpha Phi pledge class is that attractive. Last year's class was very weak too. They are still a good house but not top tier anymore. 3. They are on probation for Little 5 and can't pair, how does that make them top tier?
Not sure I would put DZ over Kappa either. They look basically about the same, but DZ has the party hard rep where Kappa doesn't. Maybe equal to each other?
I wouldn't put KD over DG either. KD has better grades, but girls who went there preference were not going as good a houses as the girls who went to DG. A lot of girls who preffed at DG were going to houses like AXO, Gamma Phi, DZ, Kappa, etc. Girls who went to KD went to AOII, AXiD, Theta, etc.

Pref round is a really inaccurate way to judge a house. I'm in a "lower" house and plenty of girls in my pc preffed on third street, and I also have many friends in top tier houses who had unhoused and lower chapters in their final three.

This is such a messed up ranking. There is no way that KD is remotely even on the same level as Kappa or Gphi.
Pi Phi, Zeta, tridelt, alpha phi
XO, AXO, Kappa, DZ, Gphi
Axid, KD, DG, Theta
I don't really know about the rest. But for the top and middle houses, this is the accurate. There are 4 top houses. 5 upper middle. And 4 middle houses.

Okay Xo, it is clear that you want your house to be on top, seeing by the many posts that are clearly written by a XO, but it just isn't that way. XO is good but not as good as AXO, DZ and Kappa, I would put them 4th. Sorry. Nice try.
