The off campus houses are so irrelevant most of the Greek community doesn't even know they exist. Their "pairs" are creepy house parties they trick themselves into believing is a frat party. It's honestly funny and sad at the same time

All these girls saying they are happy to pair with frats that don't have houses are lying. Come on, there is a reason why the best frats happen to have the best houses. It's because girls want to go there and be seen there. I'm all for girls joining unhoused sororities because a physical house dosent make a sisterhood, but these girls are lying to themselves and you when they say that they prefer regular house parties with irrelevant frats as opposed to a real frat party at a frat house. Honest truth.

Best looking houses on campus are SAE and lambda, yet they are considered "low tier" houses. Same thing goes to a lot of sororities with gorgeous houses.

Have I told you how incredibly awesome you are to speak for the apparent voiceless women on this campus? They are obviously utterly confused and thank God they have you. You do realize that a number of those "irrelevant frats" used to have houses too and may have lost it for any number of reasons, both internal or external.... hell there are a number of 'real frats' that are living in frat houses that you are merely renting thus can be kicked out whenever. Thereby according to your logic, making them instantly 'irrelevant'.
