COB is not a second chance rush.
Sororities that are under Total or that didn't make quota MIGHT offer a couple or a few bids, but for most there really aren't any open spots. And if there are any, most chapters already know who they want and who wants them back. If they dropped you, especially early on, they are not going to turn around and offer you a bid.
Only sororities needing to actively recruit for more than a few spots will announce it on their insta, or ask PHA to announce it, or hold events.
You aren't getting a 'better' house through COB than you had in recruitment. We tried to tell you not to drop, to go where you were wanted, to look for sisterhood and not at meaningless 'rankings', and that the chance of a COB is LOW to ZERO. Sorry, but you were warned.
