COB is not a second chance rush. Houses that dropped you aren't going to turn around and offer you a COB. Most of them won't even be eligible. If they take Quota and are at or above Chapter Total Membership, they can't take more members.
Pnm's dropping has no effect on Quota or Chapter Total. Quota isn't set until after pref and all pnm's have signed their cards. Chapter Total is set after bid matching to include current members plus new members matched after pref. If a lot of pnm's drop then too bad, everybody lives with it.
If you have houses left then give them a chance. Don't go chasing rainbows.

KKG and dz have never done COB, idk abt Chi O, but it’s not considered a second rush. COB is usually for girls they know personally that somehow slipped thru the cracks
