Kappa Vs. Kappa Delta

Is the only difference between Kappa and Kappa Delta how much you weigh? I was confused why Kappa was asking that today during zooms and thought it was a little personal. KD didn’t ask that though, so maybe they don’t care as much? Can someone help me out please?
