Kappa Sigma coming back?

I’m going through pref at SK soon, but I heard that Kappa Sigma is coming back and taking their house back. Is SK gonna get kicked out of their house or is Kappa Sig staying off campus?

SK has a lease on the house until 2028, so they are not getting kicked out anytime soon. Ksig has been back on campus for over a year now and can barely stay off cease and desist, so I wouldn’t worry about that too much

Since the original SK house was bought by IU they have a deal where they will always be housed on campus, so even if kappa sig took the house they would just move to a new house

Their original house was by DG but they sold it and built a nice big new one and couldn’t fill it. So Pi Kapps bought it decades ago.

My aunt is a Sigma Kappa, this is true. The house across from DG was getting outdated, they built a new house couldn't fill it and Pi Kappa bought it. Yes, the deal was when they came back that IU would make sure they were not unhoused and help them secure housing. With all of the chapters on cease and desist, it's never been an issue.

In the 90s they were in wright all on a dorm floor so please help me understand how so was in a house??
