New GPhi house falling apart??

I heard that the awning at dphie completely fell apart?? I feel so bad for the new gphi girls who will have to live there next year

Gphi has strong nationals and I’m sure they will make it fine for girls living there. They gave to recruit to keep their house strong and won’t let the place be a hellhole

Why would they invest money in a place they are renting for 1 year? It will prob be a hell joke but it’s only 1 year. Or maybe they can make tridelt renovate

Because they HAVE to recruit to keep the chapter strong. I’m sure it will be simple codmetic things. . Bodies= payoffs in the end. Simple business
