Actually DZ just moved to the top in like the past year.
And if you’re bored enough to randomly click through this stupid site you will see that a few years back Chi O and Zeta where at the tippy top.
Houses move up and down. But really none of it matters once you’re 21. Ranks don’t matter at the bar. Just personality.

Chi o was higher but since they lost pretty much their entire house because of hazing they dropped in rank. Do your research.
