Not this again. This rumor happens every year. They're renting a chapter house on 3rd street and they'll tell you all about it.

It's never been a rumor it's just been in the works for awhile. Be aware PNMs. This is true.

This is TRUE! They will be sharing a house on 3rd with Dphie. If I were a PNM, I would avoid Gphi unless you really want to share a crappy house next year. No way in hell those renovations will be done by next fall.
