Is chi phi worth joining

Really like the brothers in there but know I can get a bid at a “top” house too. Who will chi phi pair with this year mostly? I know the acacia kids from there are gone now so didn’t know if it’ll keep rising or if it’s downhill from here. Is the social life at a top house really that different from a house like chi phi?
