Best Frats: Historically

Fellas,

If youre joining a fraternity, something to consider if you really wanna be in the long term is to rush a historical frat thats been here for a while and will still have their house in 50 years.

Beta Theta Pi
Phi Delta Theta
Delta Tau Delta
Pi Kappa Phi
Phi Sigma Kappa
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Lambda Chi Alpha
Sigma Phi Epsilon
Alpha Epsilon Pi
Sigma Nu
Sigma Pi

All of these frats own their house and will still be in it 50+ years

SigEp doesn't own their house. DKE owns it and can take it back in Fall 2026... apparently they came back this year and nobody knew about it? Otherwise great list... any house not on this list will be irrelevant in 2 years

Nah pretty sure Sig Ep fully owns it. DKE leased it from them back in like 2006 but lost it once they can back
