Is Cease and Desist a Joke?

so let me get this straight:

- C&D requires a house to immediately stop all organized fraternity activities
- the greek basketball association is run by fraternities and only open to fraternities.
- the GBA begins with SAE playing in the tourney
- during GBA tourney SAE is put on C&D.
- rather than "Cease and Desist" SAE changes its name to TMT, mid-tourney
- TMT/SAE wins the GBA while on C&D

SAE literally dunking on the Dean's Office 4 days after being put on C&D!
