Do sororities have pre-rush events

Do sororities at IU host any events before rush that freshmen can be invited to attend or that are just open to attend? Or is there nothing until January? I have a friend at another big ten school and they can invite girls who have registered for rush to philanthropies and dry socials and pre-parties.

Yes! You just have to text the recruitment chairs asking to be invited.

Yes! There are philanthropies open to all freshman! They’re charity events after all and they wanna have the highest possible turnout. If you want to hear more you should dm the recruitment/social chairs on insta, or even better find their number and text them directly to let them know you’re coming. If you don’t get a response feel free to go anyways as they’re usually open invite and it shows initiative!

Just knock on the house door and ask for a bid. It worked for me and so many other girls.
