Question about Sigma Pi

Im thinking about rushing their next sem but people are telling me they cant get the house for two more years because its IUs rule but how did Delts get theirs after 1?? Or was i lied to somewhere

sig pi gets the house next year. we just told people we’re getting it to reach our 30 person pcp class. btw our house isn’t filled right now

It depends on whether or not IU grants a special agreement. Simply can’t say unless the guys from sig pi know something everyone else doesn’t

Sigma Pi has agreement with the university to move in next year due to the house being owned by Sigma Pi along with other special circumstances. Having reached their goal in fall, they will have no issue moving in starting Fall 2024.
