houses looking to switch up the rankings

there are a few frats that have been able to remain in good standing with the university for sometime, and have either retained their house, or recently moved into a new one. In my unbiased opinion I believe these 5 fraternities have the opportunity to shake up the rankings:
Lambda: retained house renovated
Delts: took former house that belonged to pike
Tep: took zbt house
Snu: retained house
Asig: retained house
Commentby: geed
u gotta realize that rankings dont change that much that fast. just look at ranks 5 years ago houses dont move more than 1 tier unless they get in trouble. it doesnt matter that delt was a top house like a decade ago

^^ has no idea what they’re talking ab. 3 years ago Phi delt, ox, beta and a whole lot other upper tier frats were mid asf

tbh delts probably could be lower bottom by the time their first PC graduates if they play their cards right.
