lower/lower middle tier

idk a single person in iu greek life so im not going to waste my time with top houses. but i wanna know about the specific differences between top or high mid fraternities and housed "bottom frats", pairs notwithstanding.

Idk what notwithstanding means but the only real difference is the quality of the pairs and the amount of money the house has

Doesn't delt have a lot of money? SNu as well? Not so sure about SNu I just know they have a strong alumni base.

Yeah that's why delt and snu are moving up so quickly. They have everything they need to be upper mid they just need sororities to catch on

^^ this is about to be Snu’s 4th year on campus and they still rotating w sk & adpi. They goin no where

We’ll see what happens to delt this year with their second year being on campus & first time in the house.

I’m in what most consider a lower top/upper mid house and I came in with no connections. If you care about rank go for 1 or 2 top houses then focus the rest of your time on lower mid/bottom if you’re that worried.
