Losing house???

What fraternities are at risk of losing their house bc another frat owns it in the next 4 years? I don’t want to join a frat that will be homeless at some point.

At Risk due to probation: DU, Theta Chi

Just losing their house in general: Beta Sig. they lose their lease in 2025. A lot of people are saying chi phi but they just signed a new lease that goes to 2027, and probably after that bc ato is never gonna come back.
