Zbt signs are off their (former) house, Delts signs are up on Pikes (former) house. Can’t wait to see the epic welcome week parties from them.

Been the delt house forever, pikes apartment complex before moving into their house was the old sigep house on like 7th street

Delts was a great house for a long time and a great house nationally with fantastic alums. They will eventually be a player again. Don’t be scared, there’s plenty of room for another good house to join the ranks.

Funniest part about it is Pike acts like they were relevant at all. Most irrelevant Pike chapter in the nation.
