Howd delts get their house back

Anyone else think its a little fishy how delts got their house back after one year WHEN IU SAYS U HAVE TO WAIT TWO. Somethings going on

The house is owned by dtd. The school has no reason like pike. Say what you want but pike was on interim directives/in trouble for the entire time they lived there
