Connections obviously change everything as that is what is the most important but in terms of just straight up. From most to least difficult.
Almost impossible: Sig Chi, Fiji
Very difficult: Beta, Phi Delt, AEPi, Phi Sig, Pi Kapps
Still difficult but not as much as those above: Theta Chi, SAE, Sammy, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, Beta Sig
Any housed frat is going to be somewhat tough to get a bid to but this is just a best guess/projection

Yes definitely helps to be a legacy. Take a look at Sig Chi. Tons of legacy bids. Certain houses it helps more than others but in general, yes being a legacy helps a lot.

Typically helps if your a legacy. The houses that tend to take mostly legacy bids however tend to get stuck with some weird kids due to them favoring legacies too heavily. Ex. Sig chi, Fiji, Sae
