What keeps SAE from top?

Not that they’re ranked low at all by any means or have that bad of a rep, but what keeps SAE from the TOP top? Like they’re consistently ranked right below that highest tier, and the moment anyone suggests so, they lowkey get chastised for it. From experience every SAE I’ve met in my grade is dope and ik they throw often.

What’s the deal?

They don’t behave like the top houses. They don’t let all girls into their parties (smth top houses usually do) and all their parties feel the exact same and lack themes. Basically without letting new/different ppl into their parties and having fun themes they feel boring and
repetitive bc its the same themes same people.

Their douche-to-girl ratio is imbalanced. Pi kapps exists at the high end being both top douche but getting good pairs. Houses like beta or phi delt are on the other end, being low douche but girls like them. SAE is just douchy without really having a reason to be

Their freshmen this year are kind of goobers. Attractive, but half of them can't talk to girls.
