Delts aren’t taking their house back next year

Idk why all of the kids in Delts are saying they are taking that house back next fall, it’s confirmed that they are not allowed to yet. IU has a rule that you can’t move into an on campus house until 2 years after you return EVEN IF YOU OWN IT. they might still be kicking pike out idk, but they cannot move back in until until 2024.
