help me tf out i have no clue what to do
by: hellookay so i reached out to a girl that I know in one of the houses that is doing informal rush and a friend of mine just got a bid into that house? is it worth it to go to the informal rush events????? i have heard so many different things from different people on both sides on whether to do it or not and they all contradict each other

Your friend probably got a snap bid bc informal hasn't started yet. It doesn't start the day after bid day, like it takes a few days for houses to be allowed to start extending informal bids. Or she got bid promised but isn't getting an actual bid until later when allowed. If you know someone in a house you should definitely reach out to maximize your chances, but don't have too many expectations since informal is a very exclusive process for most houses
