The feeling of worth it depends on your own expectations/what kind of experience you want and what kind of person you are. That’s why there’s 22 houses, there’s no right or wrong only what fits you best. Theta is very respected on campus as their women are usually very academically achieved, and often are involved in other extracurriculars. They’re the overachiever house. Very nice girls, but nationally Theta is not allowed to pair with fraternities. Doesn’t mean individual members don’t go out tho
