Which chapters usually do informal?

If you want in an informal bid, do not count on it. There are going to be 600+ PNMs doing informal and only like 30 people get bids so tbh formal is the easiest way. Plus, if you’re best friends with someone that joins, that was the only way to get a bid MAYBE. Your chances are less than .00001%

It’s pretty much impossible to get an informal bid unless you know someone. Better chance waiting until next years formal rush

If you’re not friends with someone in a house and didn’t hear anything about getting a bid before formal rush, your only chances of being in a sorority are in joining bottom houses or kappa since kappa probably needs to replace the members they lost due to their hazing scandal. But you don’t want to join kappa. Most houses do invite-only informal events which means they will individually reach out to the girls they want, and no matter how much you email them and beg, they won’t invite you. Take this semester to get closer to girls in sororities and hope to get invited for rush events in the fall
