They set up tents outside ballantine so no shot they can be good. Any geed that walks past can get in

There first pcs might be weird but over time if they’re housed they’ll get better recruits and rise. Delts pc has a few weird kids for sure but they’ll definitely be above pike and akl next year

If the frat was historically good they’ll rise once housed. Delts and Kappa Sig were both good before they got kicked, so as long as they do it right they’ll rise the next few years. A house like Snu was mid before they got kicked so that’s where they’ll peak.
