Frats with a split

In greek life, there are certain frats that seem to be going away from their current "vibe" this can mostly be seen with Sophomores/Freshmen in the house being a lot different from the juniors/seniors. This doesn't mean the brotherhood between the grades is bad but just that the house is going in a different direction.
Houses that most fit this:
Sig Chi: Juniors could not be more different than the weirdos that are underclassmen
Pi Kapps: Similar to Sig Chi, the juniors+ absolutely carry the house
Phi Psi: Upperclassmen and underclassmen are nothing alike. Freshman/sophmore falls are actually normal
Phi Delt: Younger kids in the house way different from the juniors\n\n\n\n\n

This is actually true. Certainly noticeable in Sig Chi, Phi Psi, and Pi Kapps. This is also why ranks change depending on the trends of multiple pledge classes. Sig Chi has gone from arguably Touse to mid/upper mid. Another example is Phi Psi going from low to mid/upper mid. Pi Kapps is tetering on losing their status on top. Also I believe Phi Sig is an example as they’ve gone from mid/upper mid to top tier.
