Person of color wanting to join frat

Im a person of color, but I still want to join in on the fraternity experience. I’ve grown up in a majority black town and Im interested in getting the fraternity experience. I’m specifically interested in ZBT because I got two buddies from back home that are in it at Brooklyn College. What can I do to join that frat or really any other frat at IU?
