Yes they still live there, as of rn there are no plans of tri delt coming back (not even sure if they’re allowed back) to campus so they can stay in the house as long as they can pay for it, which probably isn’t for very much longer since they don’t have a lot of members

I heard from a dphie that they have a “hazing room” in the attic. And no they are not leaving, they will be there for 5 years +
