IU fails to educate, all they do is ban and comply

Every time this happens there is just a crackdown on parties. Why not spend time creating programs, support groups and other preventative measures for greek life to implement instead of just moving a problem to a later date by banning parties. Don't say all this stuff then not help make the change. IU HELP MAKE THE CHANGE
