Betas isn’t bad, not even comparable to pi kapps.
Fiji and pi kapps are the worst
Theta chi, Beta, phi delt, and most of the other upper / upper mids all have similarly difficult pledgeship
Phi sig is literally the easiest one. Had a friend say that he actually had fun the whole time
