After a lengthy review, these are our picks for which houses will rise and fall this year,

Pi kapps - fall
Sigs - potentially falling due to inability to host events
Beta - rise
Phi delt - rise
Sammy - fall
SAE - rise
Sig ep -rise

The only accurate ones here are pi kapps falling, beta and phi delt rising. Probably another year or so before pi kapps moves down a tier and those two replace it. They’re pairing with chi o for hoco if that says anything
