Does Phi Tau actually think they’re slick enough to lie about not making all the ranks?? Like actually I’m curious? Nobody likes them besides sk and aopi, not to mention I’ve never met a brother of another fraternity that said anything positive about a single dude in that fraternity. So why do they think that no one knows they make all the ranks??
