Which frat is the most worth it?

I am not worried at all about getting into any fraternity of my choice. My plan is to only rush upper mid and top houses. Out of all of them, which has the best brotherhood and fun time? I want to start narrowing my choices before the fall.

Literally Rush the top ones first then upper mids then choose by which guys you like the most. Just rushing upper houses just gives you access to better pairings and after that the brotherhood part will come
