Can someone just list which houses are off campus or unhoused

Sammy, AKL and TEP have apartment complexes to themselves. Skulls, Pilam, KDR, Chi Phi, BYX, SNU have townhouses.

Honestly unless it’s Sammy I wouldn’t the rest get bad pairs and aren’t really that involved with any of the on campus houses im not saying their bad guys but if u want the real IU Greek life experience I wouldn’t do it

Sammy is the only one with good pairs and snu/delts r getting their houses back next year. But honestly join whatever house you vibe with most regardless of whether theyre housed or not.
