Tri Delta at IU??

When is tri delt coming back to iu?? are they gonna get their house back any time soon

If they ever do come back they’ll be unhoused until another chapter loses their house, could take years. So they’ll pretty much be bottom tier.

They own the house that DPhiE is renting rn. Like snu, once they fully recharter the house that they own is theirs to live in again

dphie is renting to own. the agreement was that if their nationals saw enough progress in five years they’d buy it. so, it’ll probably sold before tri delt ever gets to come back

Tri Delta owns the house and they are NOT going to sell it. They will hold onto it until they return.

Panhellenic has to approve them to come back. They won’t until when going through rush all the houses get full pledge classes. I don’t see them coming back for a very long time.

They also would have to get help from other chapters too through TriDelt nationals. I know that TriDelt is the top sorority at Michigan, and it also has some presence elsewhere in the midwest, so they'd have send many girls to Bloomington to help train the girls that want to restart it.
