Still worth rushing beta sig?

I saw they’re losing their house but I wanted to rush there bc the high GPA, is it still worth it or are they just gonna drop

Idk if they are losing the house next year but at some point in the next 1-3 years Snu will take the house back and tbh they prob gonna drop pretty bad after that
