Sig ep pairs wayyy better and is definitely ranked better but been getting introuble recently. There party’s are hit or miss. Phi tau is a growing lower mid frat with one of the best physical houses on campus but doesn’t pair nearly as well but definitely on the rise. You just gotta pick a place where you fit best and can call home that’s what’s matters most
