You’re not gonna hear anything positive on this site. Both are growing really fast. They’ll probably be pretty good houses in the future

Phi psi has a great new house, good nationals, is a name brand frat, but is known for not being able to party to save their life.

Phi tau has an iconic house that they don’t own, has a weaker nationals but probably parties a lot harder than phi psi.

Both are in similar positions with their own pros and cons. There is your opinion.
