Can I get a bid in a top sorority as junior transfer

I’m transferring to IU junior year and I want to rush to meet new ppl. Would I still be able to get a bid in a top sorority do they not usually give out bids to juniors?!

That’s just not true?? There were literally 2 or 3 juniors that went thru formal a few years ago. I don’t think any top houses take older than sophomores but you might find your place in a bottom tier chapter which is still a really fun experience!

also you should know girls in the house you're trying to rush

It’s not unheard of if you are already friends with girls in those chapters.

I suggest doing informal in the fall, that would be your best bet and say you want to live at their house (if they have one). Part of the reason why freshmen and sophomores have a bigger shot at getting a bid is cause they would live in the house
