Should I go on a diet

Hi guys I’m a freshman this year and quarantine and the freshman 15 hit me pretty hard and now I weigh 165 lbs. Is that too much should I start working out I’m only 5 foot 4

Do you want makes you feel comfortable. If you want to lose weight sure working out will help you with that. Or if you just wanna live a healthier lifestyle just start going to the gym and you’ll see changes.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in the body you have.

I mean, ur about 30 pounds over the healthy weight range for a 5’4 female. It should be about being healthy internally and wanting to look ur best. Hit the gym and eat better and you will feel so much better. Take baby steps like cutting out certain bad foods and not eating large portions if u do so already

First of all this person Probably does not need to lose 30 pounds. Secondly a BMI calculator is so in accurate. Because if we actually listen to that that would mean that the majority of our Indiana university athletes are overweight to morbidly obese
