Question about COB/Informal

If you're blacklisted during recruitment can you still rush informal??

No you cAn try they might be nice and let you do the events but they won’t give you a bid

If you don’t feel comfortable in the house you just pledged, can you drop and go through informal?

If you signed your MRABA you can’t join a house until next formal recruitment. If you started recruitment and got pulled for whatever reason you will never get a bid anywhere unless you have someone who is willing to go to the chopping block for you in a house.
