Phi Tau should not be housed

Bc they were pretty much the only frat left at that point that their nationals could get them moved in one semester after DChi got kicked out of the house. We have had 4 straight years of unhoused frats just being able to randomly become housed & honestly Phi Tau is the only chapter out of all the frats that were unhoused a few years ago that actually got a house they’re keeping indefinitely so while the brothers do suck now in the long term people should really join phi Tau over most other bottom frats because they’re the only one with permanent housing. The members are definitely not the greatest rn but those letters are there to stay probably forever unlike Beta Sig Pike & alpha Sig
