What's up with sigma nu

what's going on with sigma nu this semester? do they have a house? do they have any actives?

Pretty sure their alum/ brothers from other chapters are recruiting for the founding brothers of our chapter this semester. Yes they have a house but Beta Sig lives in it rn. Frats reestablish themselves here for a year before they move back in their house usually

True but if Acacia & Phi Psi’s rechartering the past few years tell us anything it’s that Snu will start pairing w bottom tier houses as soon as they have brothers and will likely move up to mid within a few years of living in their house. So if you can’t get a bid anywhere else housed they’re a good option
