Confused about ranks

Why is AGD ranked low? they are my top 3 and i thought the girls i talked to were gorgeous and chill. Confused

Its just because they were unhoused a few years ago so that's prob where it comes from but ngl looks like they are moving up.

Lmao what agd has never been unhoused. they lived right next door in phi psi for one school year (2016-17) while phi psi was kicked off and agd’s house was being renovated. AGD had a three year lease on that house while phi psi was going to be gone so they rented it to SK for the second two years of their lease bc their house was done being fixed. Luckily for SK, KSig got kicked off in perfect time for them to secure a house after phi psi came back

in all honesty ranks are just based on partying and everyone I know in agd isn’t really the party type so that would explain it. they also have girls with really strong personalities but very different from each other so the overall rep is just of good girls
